Out of focus

Colorado Springs, Colorado Focus on the Family has taken a Colorado talk show host Peter Boyles to task for his bumper sticker. The bumper sticker reads, "Focus on the Ramsey Family." Boyles is admittedly obsessed with the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey.

Lawyers for Focus on the Family accused Boyles of the unauthorized use of "Focus on the Family," a registered trademark. They demanded that Boyles immediately cease the distribution of the bumper stickers through his radio show on KHOW.

"We will return the one sticker that's left," Jeff Hillery, KHOW's program director said. As for the 4,999 already distributed at a car wash promotion, "If Mr. Dobson is willing to come to the car wash to help peel them off, we're willing to give it a try."
