Data Manager Shelly Harter was a data manager at New England Research Institutes where she worked on on the Women and Violence, Boston Families in Recovery Project. Previously she worked as a Research Assistant on a statewide organizing and participatory action research project called the Mass Action for Women Audit Project. She received an M.A. in Gender/Cultural Studies from Simmons College where she conducted research on the 1970s-1980s multiracial feminist movement.
